Mobile App Privacy Addendum for “Manifesting Motherhood”

This section supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to users of the Manifesting Motherhood mobile application (the “App”).
1. Device Permissions and Data Usage
To provide specific features of the App, we may request access to the following data on your mobile device. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, though some app features may no longer function.
- Camera & Photo Library: Used to allow you to take photos, select images from your gallery, and share them in the community chat or upload them to your personal Vision Board.
- Microphone: Used exclusively to record voice messages when you hold the record button in the chat interface. We do not access the microphone at any other time.
- Push Notifications: We collect a unique device token to send you alerts about new messages and course updates.
2. User Account and Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
In compliance with App Store guidelines, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
- How to Delete: You may request account deletion by emailing us at jessi@ohhimama.com with the subject line “Delete My App Account”.
- What Happens: Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your user profile, authentication tokens, and personal data from our active databases within 30 days. Public messages you sent to the community may remain but will be anonymized.
3. Third-Party Data Processors
The App uses the following third-party services which may collect or process your data:
- Google Firebase: For secure authentication, database storage, and media hosting.
Expo: For delivering push notifications to your device.

Introduction
The website https://www.ohhimama.com (“Website”) is owned by Jessi LeVesconte (hereinafter “company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We realize that user privacy and data protection are human rights. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

COPPA Compliance
You must be 18 years old or older to gain access to our website and must have the requisite mental capacity to enter into this Privacy Policy. This website is not intended for those under 18, in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.), and we do not knowingly collect or request any information from or market to children under the age of 18.
If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a minor under 18, we will delete this information, and/or attempt to obtain parental consent. Personal Information under PIPEDA is any information about an identifiable individual but does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

We collect Personal Information in order to provide services and/or products you have voluntarily indicated you’d like to receive. In addition, we distribute publications and offer educational opportunities concerning mindful practices, which we provide as a service to you and others in our community.
The Company collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you register to download a PDF or resources, sign up for our newsletter, and/or purchase a product from us, we collect your information. We use this information to track your preferences and to keep you informed about the products and services you have selected to receive and any related products and/or services.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. Should We become aware that a data breach has occurred, We will timely notify the necessary parties with as much information as we have available. We are not responsible for the loss or breach of any of the third party sites we use to provide you with content or services.
